Blast 2 is a about energy and connectivity. I built up layers of wet ink and hit pooled black liquid with pressurized air to achieve the spindly kinetic look. Sometimes I felt arrogant enough to think I could control the air and the liquid to my own ends but found that much less satisfying than letting the piece guide itself along.
